I realise that the contents page may directly mirror the physical copy, but could the Index of Monster Stat blocks have two extra links inserted (Demons and Devils) so that it follows the same convention as the Monster Manual?
The Githzerai Anarch lair action links to the Light spell rather than the Lightning Bolt spell. This issue is only present on the compendium page, the monster page is fine.
Under Asmodeus, in "Lords of the Nine" in chapter 1 there's the following:

This, as no one else has managed to get around to creating it, is the official thread for reporting bugs, typos, grammar errors, and so forth in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes.
To start, the giff's attacks don't have italics in the correct places and its musket is showing the wrong average damage.
This is fixed, and I moved the thread here where we collect all the error in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes.

I believe the average damage for the Giff's musket attack is incorrect.

The Male Steeder and Female Steeder links on the Contents Page take you to the Bestiary Page but not to the Steeder entry. (On PC).
