The Molydeus Demon, The Duregar Stone Guard, The Frost Salamander, the Skulk, The Rot Troll, Venom Troll, and the Vampiric Mist.
This is something we're aware of. We have to wait for those images to make their way to us.
These are fixed, except for the Molydeus - unfortunately there is no image for this frightening creature. It might take a little while for the changes to get through caching, but you'll see the new images soon.
In Section 3 of the associated Rrakkma adventure (the presence of which brings hope to the heart of many a devoted AL player, I've no doubt) lurk the following unspeakable editing horrors:
In the sidebar entitled "The Far Realm," a lone semicolon has infiltrated the word known in the second-to-last paragraph.
Aye, and later in that very same paragraph, a pair of treacherous hyphens lurk where noble em-dashes once stood guard.
Scant paragraphs later, under "Dimensions & Terrain," a renegade comma has cast a spell of confusion over the second sentence.
The unfathomable phrase with violently lairs in the paragraph "Objectives/Goals," where it feeds on the sanity of passing readers.
In the "Social" section of the "Playing the Pillars" sidebar, a star spawn seer has secreted away the last letter of its name in an attempt to avoid detection.
Spread across the entirety of that same sidebar, the alien magic of the Far Realm has influenced the capitalization of two instances of the word disadvantage and one each of initiative and stunned.
In the second paragraph-sentence of the "Exploration" section of that same horrifically cursed sidebar, the word nonetheless weeps for its lost comma.
I might be just a little bit bored.

The hellfire engine's Immutable Form and Magic Resistance features refer to it as an amnizu. Also, its Flesh-Crushing Stride is missing tooltips for conditions and the final paragraph of its Hellfire Weapons might or might not be missing tooltips for lemure.
The clockworks' shared tables are missing both title-bolding and tooltipping; the iron cobra's bite attack is incomplete; and the iron cobra, stone defender, and oaken bolter are all missing tooltips for the various things their attacks do.
Almost all of the monsters are tagged with their creature type, as well as the Gith from the MM. It's redundant information and the tags are not capitalized. The tags for elf and dwarf are not capitalized nor are they shared with their non-MToF brethren.

The new book is not available in the App. Is there a ETA for it to be included in the app. The app is a must better reading experience.
Later today.
Purchased a few hours today, not showing up in the app -- is there a lag time before purchases show as available in the app, or is it still not available at all in the app?

No, it is that some users, for some reason, do not get an update. The mobile team is working to understand why is that.
In the Rrakkma adventure on page https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/adventures/ddia-mord/call-to-action, hovering over Mind Flayer links to the Monster Manual entry (which is locked for me since I never purchased it) instead of the Mind Flayer entry in the appendix of the adventure (which I have purchased.)
Also, both the IOS and Android apps are missing the Temple of Madness map in Rrakkma's Appendix 2.
The githyanki gish's fireball spell is missing its tooltip. What's more, all the gith except the githzerai enlightened and githzerai anarch are missing the Gith tag, even the ones from the Monster Manual.

Hutijin's Multiattack isn't in bold or italics.
Zariel's fireball lair action and the conditions inflicted by her Horrid Touch aren't tooltipped.

Orcus' Power Word Kill lair action lists a DC, but Power Word Kill doesn't require a saving throw.
The Choker image on the site is different from the one in the book.
Under the "Cult of Dispater" it looks like a signature spell is supposed to be "see invisibility" but the spell "invisibility" is linked.
