In a campaign I'm running, I have three players. The My Campaigns screen shows this number correctly. When I actually click into the campaign, however, it shows two of the players' PCs as active in the campaign, and the other player's as "Unclaimed" alongside my unclaimed pre-gens. If I actually click into Manage Players from the character sheet, it correctly lists the player for that character. The character is apparently showing up for her just fine on her My Characters page, but for the rest of us viewing the campaign, her character appears to be an unclaimed, unassigned character.
I suspected the character sheet wasn't behaving properly because it was originally unfinished - there were some skills and background choices that hadn't been selected - but I filled those in, and it STILL won't show as an active character in my campaign.
I'm really not comfortable having a player's character appear with a Claim button. Anyone ever seen this before?
You'd think that, but apparently, on her end and her end only, she appears alongside the other two players.
Additionally, I double-checked to verify, and unassigned characters do not list a player when you view the Manage panel on their character sheet. This player's character does list her as the owner. It just won't show up properly for me or any player other than her.

That’s just how the system works, the player needs to claim the character for themselves.

Have the player unassign and reclaim the character.

That worked, and we're all set now. Thanks for the advice!
When in doubt, unplug it and plug it back in again. 😂😂 Happy to help.
