Characters and Campaigns are treating me as if I am not signed in.

Whenever I try to view the My Characters page it asks me to sign in, and whenever I try to view a campaign it throws a dragon 404 at me.

I just had a similar issue that has since spontaneously fixed itself literally seconds ago, are you still experiencing it?
