The initial edit page I visit loads properly. If I come from Collections I can see the Home tab, and from the Character Sheet I can see Class.
But if I try to change the tab to Race, Abilities, etc instead I get something that looks like a help page. This help text is the only thing on the tab with no opinions to edit the character.

It establishes fundamental qualities that exist throughout your character's adventuring career. When making this decision, keep in mind the kind of character you want to play. Show more.
When trying to edit the character, in the header, next to the words "character builder," before the word "home," is the ? circled in blue? If yes, click that until it's not and try again.

I cannot edit one of my characters.
