Hey! Just got the Master sub. tier to test it out for 30 days and see what I can use it for as a DM. The "share content" can be something really good for a group is my understandning. And what I can see, I have access to all the sourcebooks I'm in need of right now, like Thasas (TCoE) - which is great. All good there.

But for an exampel, when I create a new character I'cant see or choose the Artificer. I have seen some post before when I searched the forum, and what I can read is that you've had to buy specifik "classes" to get access to them. But Artificer is in Thasas, and I have access to that book and therefore... or am I missing something obvious? Probally. But yeah, would really appreciate to get some info.

Subscriptions don’t unlock content. Content sharing only works if someone in the campaign has actually purchased content, then it shares that content with everyone else in that campaign.

I'm having the same problem. My friend is sharing his content, and the Eberron book that has Artificer is definitely in that list. I can open it, read it, download it. 

But I can't use it in the character builder. What are we doing wrong?

Content sharing is by campaign. You must create a character in the same campaign where the content is being shared in order to be able to use it.
