Hi there! I am new to dnd and really was excited to create my Kalashtar character however did not see it as a race option. I bought the Eberron book to see if that would unlock it but no luck, any help would mean the world! Excited to get started on my dnd journey!

Purchasing the Eberron book should indeed unlock the Kalishtar race for you. A few questions to troubleshoot:

• How recently did you purchase it? (It can sometimes take a while for purchases to filter through to the character builder.)
• Did you purchase through the app or directly from the website? (There are often issues with app purchases, in future always purchase directly from the website. You might have to simply wait a day, or you may have to fill a support ticket with the App Store.)
• Did you purchase the “Full Version” of the book ($30), or the “Compendium Only” version ($20)? (You need the Full Version, the Compendium Only won’t unlock player options in the builder for you.)
• Is Eberron content enabled for the character under Preferences? (It needs to be to access that content.)
• Are your Account Entitlements in sync? (You can check here->https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace.)

i did get the full version and it says my account entitlements are in sync so Ill give it some more time and then if it doesn’t show up in next couple days Ill file a  support ticket like you mentioned. Thank you so much this was extremely thorough and helpful!
