Somehow it appears that I have 2 dndbeyond accounts linked to my WotC account which I use to log in.
I purchased and redeemed several sourcebooks yesterday, as well as signed up for a master subscription. Those purchases are accessible on the work laptop computer I redeemed that codes on, which is still logged in. When I log in to the account from my primary computer or phone or a second window in incognito mode, it logs in to a second account that shares the same avatar, the same date of account creation, and is linked to the same WotC account. However none of my licenses or subscription are shown here. See screenshot here of both accounts logged in.
I have submitted a support ticket as well. Ticket #3583051
You must also have two different WotC accooonts. Which email did you use to log into WotC? Did you accidentally use the “hide my email” function to accidentally create a second account? I’m know, I know, you’re gonna say that you don’t think so, but check.
Thanks for the response. I used my primary gmail account to log in to WotC, which is how i logged in to DnD Beyond. As far as I can tell my WotC account is linked to both accounts, as the screenshot shows. To my knowledge I have never used a "hide my email" function when logging in, and have never had a second account. How would I check? Would I have to log out of DnD Beyond on the 1 computer that is correctly logged in with access to my sourcebooks and subscription? I am fearful that if I log out I won't be able to get my redeemed sourcebooks back, or prove to support that both accounts are in fact... me.
No, sorry for the confusion. I used my primary email and password to log into Wizards, and Wizards to log in to DDB.
To test your theory i just tried to login to DDB using my google account in an incognito window, and it created an entirely new account. So that's the first time that happened. I don't have an apple account, so it can't be that.

Before you posted this, I was going to suggest linking your google account to the account with the books, so you have a secondary login to that one.
You can probably still do it, but you have to detach it from the new DDB account, which will presumably require some contortions. (Link yet another authentication account to the gmail-based one, unlink the gmail, link the gmail to the real account.) I'd avoid deleting the gmail-based account, in case that leaves the gmail unusable to link to a different account. (Will it? No idea. I'd guess "not likely", but if I'm wrong, it leads to yet more aggravation for you.) I'd also avoid deleting the second wotc-based account, for similar reasons.
Filing the support ticket is what ought to get this sorted. There may need to be some admin-level work to untangle it.
I'm happy to report that I have resolved the issue, with a mix of help from DDB support and jl8e.
As per support: "It would appear that they use the same login method, so the duplicate accounts will need to be deleted in order to access the original account."
As jl8e suggested I tried using a secondary email I created Wizards and Twitch accounts, so that I could unlink my main wizards, twitch, and google accounts from the other account. After unlinking my wizards login from the second account, logging in on my other devices brought me to the correct account.
Thanks for all the help!

Wait, you used Google to log into Wizards and Wizards to log into DDB? Did you accidentally use Google to log into DDB at some point? Check that.
