Q1: If one of my characters gets bit by a werewolf, is there a way to make my character sheet automatically adapt, without having to change my ability scores and stuff manually? Q2: Same as above, but with vampires. Q1 and Q2: Answered! Thanks, pocketmouse and IamSposta! Q3: Is there a guide to turning PCs into liches?
Temporary abilities are not supported by the character sheet. The general recommendation is to make a homebrew magic item that has as many of the features as is feasible, and then you equip and unequip the magic item as needed.
If you want something you can turn on and off, then the magic item approach is the way to go. If you want something that you can slap onto a character sheet and leave there then you could probably do it with a feat, depending on what you want it to do.
