properties for homebrew weapon not applying

i have added 4 modifiers to a javelin and none of them are actually showing up when i go to add the weapon to my inventory

modifiers:

Ranged Weapon Attack - Slashing 1d4
Weapon Property - Finesse
Weapon Property - Light
Replace Damage Type - Slashing
Weapon Property - Versatile

weapon as shown in dnd beyond list

Proficient: Yes
Attack Type: Melee
Reach: 5ft.
Range: 30ft./120ft.
Damage: 1d6
Damage Type: Piercing
Weight: 2lb.
Cost: --
Properties: Thrown

i dont know whats going on or how to make these modifiers stick ive never had this issue in the past but it just wont change the modifiers

edit: added versitile to see if that changed anything. it did not.

Did you re-save the whole magic item after you added those Modifiers?

yup, ive saved, added and removed the item from my inventory, reloaded both the character page and homebrew page, closed both pages and tried again, etc etc
