Joined a group that is playing on Forge VTT. When I click the D&D beyond button, it takes me to an error, 403 level of endless dungeon error. I don't know what account this character is attached to, can't open it, can't edit it. Is there a way to move this to my known D&D beyond account?

You will have to take this up either with that VTT, or with the makers of whatever extension you are using to port DDB content to that VTT.
