This might be an extremely dumb question, but I've been experimenting for a while and still haven't figured it out. I'm trying to create a homebrew magic item that allows the user to cast charm person 3 times per long rest, and modify memory one time per long rest. However, the only way I see on the homebrew creator to manage the amount of times a spell can be cast from a magical item is through overall amounts of charges. This creates a bit of a problem as both spells aren't supposed to draw from the same overall charge pool, they're both only allowed to be used a certain amount of times each.
Can anyone help me figure out how to do this/let me know if this isn't possible? Apologies for the stupid question lol.
