Can't choose path of juggernaut on barbarian

Anyone else not able to choose path of the juggernaut even though they have critical role content enabled? I really want to play it but it just won't show up as a primal path

Do you have access to that content, either through purchase or content sharing?

Is it from a certain book? I just saw it in the class rules and wasn't sure

Yeah, you need access to the Tal’Dorei Campaign Setting book.

I'm actually having this problem and I own the book.

I’ve bought the book and made sure that I have the critical roll stuff turned on along with paying the 5.99 hero version of the app why isn’t it showing when I try to create a character 

I only have the 2014 players handbook downloaded onto my phone and yet nothing
