I noticed your boar man has a homebrew race attached. What happens when you change the race?

For whatever little it's worth, I've had this exact issue in the past. I find that coming back and trying again in a few hours or the next day usually results in it working

After a while you just stop questioning this stuff.

best move is to reach out to support. this seems like something they should be able to fix.
