Can you provide more info? Is this something official or is it homebrew? If homebrew what modifiers did you use?
All my own tests show bonuses are applying perfectly fine, so need more specifics from you to help.

Heya, I don't know about the question the OP asked, but I have one in relation to the subject. I am making a home-brewed race (Cat Girl - a race for the lols). One of the features I made for the race is picking a "Quirk" which gives them some extra abilities. One of these quirks - "Agile" - essentially gives your character the Mobile feat. Long story short, I tried everything to make the feature work, but for some reason, the character's speed doesn't change on the character sheet. It's strange because I made a race before that gave increased speed but not as an option, as a granted feature, and it works for those characters. I added the option to pick the Agile Quirk into the home-brew maker, and picking the option works in the character builder, but when I tried to add the modifier for the option, nothing works. I tried doing "Modifier - Feat - Mobile", I've tried "Bonus - Speed (Walking) - 10", I've tried "Bonus - Speed - 10", and I've tried "Set - Innate Speed - 40", but none of it seems to work. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I don't know why this isn't working. Any advice?
Is there anything else in the race or on the character that is affecting the speed?

How did you program that feature? Know what, nevermind. It doesn’t matter. Delete whatever Modifier you used and instead enter the race’s base speed in the “Walking Speed” field under Basic Information for the whole race and re-save the race. See if that fixes it.
currently i've found the bonus to speed is not applying to character sheets.

Other than having a feature that sets their speed to a standard 30 feet, no.
