Over the last month or two i've had several instances of my players attempting to create a character within my campaign, which I have content sharing enabled in, not having any character options beyond the basic PHB.  I've purchased everything so as far as I can tell, provided they are building the character within my campaign which I confirmed they are, they should have access.  This wasn't an issue before I wanna say a month or two ago.  Just wondering what has changed and if there is some privacy option or something they or I need to adjust here.  

You and your players should make sure that your Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace). After that try turning content sharing off and back on again.

Mine definitely are, and most of my players don't tend to have issues, but i'll have the ones who do check that out.  Thanks for the tip, here's hoping that clears it up.  Will update thread when I know.
