Starting a campaign on D&D Beyond for the first time- I decided to spring for the D&D Beyond Master Tier subscription so members of our party could all share content.
One of my players wants to play as an Autognome, so I purchased it on his behalf. However, he is still not able to select that race even though the content should be shared. Please help!

Is your player making their character specifically in the campaign with which the content is being shared?

Yes, they are. They initiated the creation of the character before I made the purchase of the race- could that be a problem?

Could be. The character sheet might be stuck on an old cache. What happens if they start over on a fresh sheet?

I tried creating a new character myself, and it didn't work either.
I've seen posts about people with a similar problem, and needing to resync entitlements data. I'll give clearing my cache a shot, and seeing if that works- thanks!

Did you purchase the autognome race, or did you accidentally purchase the autognome monster statblock?
