Spell Slots. You determine your available spell slots by adding together all your levels in the bard, cleric, druid, sorcerer, and wizard classes, and half your levels (rounded down) in the paladin and ranger classes. Use this total to determine your spell slots by consulting the Multiclass Spellcaster table.
If you have more than one spellcasting class, this table might give you spell slots of a level that is higher than the spells you know or can prepare. You can use those slots, but only to cast your lower-level spells. If a lower-level spell that you cast, like burning hands, has an enhanced effect when cast using a higher-level slot, you can use the enhanced effect, even though you don't have any spells of that higher level.
So since Warlock isn't included as a class to add (because they do Pact Magic, which she has in her character) - she's just pretty much a straight up Level 9 Druid.
Which means, according to the Druid class and the multiclass thing...
Prepared Spells are the number of spells they can prepare each day of any levels that they wish.
Spell Slots are the number of spells they can cast each day of each given level.
On top of the number of druid spells they can prepare each day, they will also get a set number of Warlock spells they just know. And on top of their number of spell slots, they will also get a set number of Pact Magic slots that will refresh each short rest.
Thank you. I went back and re-read everything in PHB (EDIT: For magic and spells, to be clear). It's been eons since I've played a caster so my brain was not processing correctly... clearly.
One of my players is a Level 9 Druid/1 Warlock.
Her character sheet (https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/16289461) says she only has 11 spell slots (plus 3 cantrips).
Well from the multiclassing...

It states:

For level 9:
Which looks like she should have:
For a total of 14 spell slots?
Or am I missing something?

That character sheet is set to private so we can’t see what’s actually going on with it.
Part of me is anticipating we will discover some confusion between spell slots and spells prepared.

So this is what I see on her character:

Nope. That's prepared spells -- the spells you can choose from when casting with your spell slots.
If you look through the spells tab on the sheet, you should see checkboxes at each level. Those are the slots.
Prepared Spells ≠ Spell Slots
Prepared Spells are the number of spells they can prepare each day of any levels that they wish.
Spell Slots are the number of spells they can cast each day of each given level.
On top of the number of druid spells they can prepare each day, they will also get a set number of Warlock spells they just know. And on top of their number of spell slots, they will also get a set number of Pact Magic slots that will refresh each short rest.
