Hex with Warlock

I have a 7th Level Warlock and I'm trying to add Hex to the spell list in D&D Beyond, but it won't show in the search.  How do I add it?

Hex isn’t a “free content” spell, you must first purchase access to it from the PHB.

I bought the player handbook, that doesn't give me access to it?  I have access to all the other spells in the PHB
