I just bought explorer's guide to wildemount and I can’t access anything on my character sheet. I can look at the book and read everything as the other books I bought, but when I go to my character sheet nothing is there. I can add any subclass from the book or look at any of the spells or anything when I’m on my character sheet. I bought the book on my Apple phone. Is there something I need to do to fix this?

Have you enabled Critical Role Content in the character builder?

First check here and see if your entitlements are in sync. If they are, search that same page for "SRC-00059" to verify it is showing under your Current Product Licenses.

There may be something about purchasing through the app and payment going through the Apple or Google stores. But I don't use the app since it's still in BETA and I don't want to have to deal with the headache of spending money through their stores for dndbeyond.
