I have read previous threads that mention clearing cache, and making sure you have a subscription + having the homebrew in your collection. I have cleared my cache and I have a master sub, i also double checked to make sure it was in my collection. In the creator, i tried this on a campaign (as dm) and personally through the my characters tab and the race was not searchable in either even making sure the hombrew content was toggled on in the first page. A player asked to use this race and i'm trying to make sure they will be able to use it.

I can confirm this bug. I added it to my collection, and confirmed it was there. I tried it on a preexisting character, and I tried it on a new character. I even checked every race that has a race group just in case it had been assigned to one and was possibly hiding in one of those. Nada.

I strongly suspect that the creator, PhoenixLad, checked the “will have subraces” box when creating it, but never added any subraces to it. That would cause this exact problem. I reached out to PhoenixLad, but they haven’t signed on since early January, so I don’t hold out much hope that they will even notice it, let alone respond.

it looks like that homebrew race is no longer available, the direct link send you to a 404 and looking for a race from PhoenixLad also does not return any results

Yeah, I reported it as malfunctioning. The mods must have checked it, found out something really was wrong with it and took it down.
