The feat says you can cast the spells (Misty Step, plus one you choose from a limited list) once a day without using a spell slot.
This part works fine. However:
The feat also says that after using it this way, you can also cast the spell normally, using an appropriate spell slot. Yet this is currently not possible with the feat as is. The feat only adds the "limited use" versions of the spells to you. It needs to also add the spells to your spell list, as "known spells" that are "always prepared" as well, so that you can cast the "non-spell slot" way, and the "spell slot" way. While ensuring that the new version also uses the correct stat modifier, of course.
Basically, the spells need to be added to your character twice, the current way is one way, but the second way is missing.
There. I've said exactly what is broken, said exactly how to fix it - and this would fix it, as I have done similar things with homebrew I've made... but it'll still sit here and never be fixed, won't it?
Shadow Touched is also broken in the exact same way, and you guys already know that you need to do this, becuase you've done exactly this for similar abilities that are given to Circle of the Stars Druids.

Crazy thing is, I know for a fact that this fix works, because I've made a custom feat to do the fix myself. It's ******* easy and they just won't ******* do it. They could literally just do a quick ten second edit to the damn feat.
They should just ******* hire me remotely to fix their shit. I'd have this whole ******* site fixed in like a month, and probably for less than what they pay their current devs.

You created a feat that (A) lets the user choose their spellcasting ability, (B) gives the user a single dropdown to choose their spell, and (C) adds that spell to the character sheet with both "USE" and "CAST" buttons?

Yes and No. I made a custom feat that does the "fix" portion only, of adding the spell to the spell list. But that's because I'm limited by not having access to the back end. All that would need to be done is to alter the existing feat that already adds the 1st level spell of your choice, that already gives you the spell once with the "use" button... and add another "add spell" where it adds the same spell a second time... this time without a limited use feature.
Your "fix" isnt a fix, the spell you add without limited use will not use spell slots. Any feat that adds a spell by "user choice" cannot add the spell in a way that uses spell slots. This is true for both official and homebew feats. Even spells that are set by the feat cannot use slots for homebrew.
So unless your "fix" homebrew feats does both of the following:
Lets the user choose the spell. Adds the spell in a way that uses spell slots.
Then it isn't a fix.
The homebrew feat system doesn't support the function. Only Species and Subclass homebrew creators currently support that. It would be wonderful if feats did too, but alas. The devs have other priorities.
And to emphasize that: it has absolutely nothing to do with how "easy" it may or may not be to implement. It's a question of time and priority. There's too few devs with too many tasks and too little time to implement this feature because to their higher ups it is considered a very low priority.

And still not fixed....
I just don't understand why this app isn't supported better. It's so easy to spend hundreds on digital licenses. They must be making a killing.
