As far as I know I'm supposed to have unlimited characters. In fact, my Character page says exactly that in addition to my subscription information on my Account page. Why is it asking me to deactivate characters and even if I try to deactivate some characters, where is the button to confirm and move on to the next screen? I can't even load any of my character sheets now since I can't get past that page! This happens in both the browser and the mobile app.
This is what my character page tells me:

Character Slots Exceeded
Your current D&D Beyond Membership is: HERO ( slots). To continue, select up to unlimitedcharacters to activate. Your other characters will be deactivated until you restore them by deleting an active character to free up a slot, or by adding more slots with a D&D Beyond Subscription
How do I select "Unlimited" characters? I've contacted support almost 48 hrs ago and still no response. If anyone has any solutions or advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.
There's been so many reports of this issue lately. I'm kinda scared it'll randomly jump up and bite me on game day.
kkodahh, if your subscription hasn't lapsed, or close to lapsing (someone posted about a similar issue that was a week or so from the end of their subscription last week), I would say stay on that support ticket, but do not submit more tickets as supposedly that moves your issue to the beginning of the queue, delaying a response. Don't measure your response time in hours, but probably closer to weeks. Like if they don't answer in a week, then you can be concerned.
I do not have a high confidence in their support staff and back end support these days. Huge kodos to those in support that apply the band aids, but your bosses suck.
