Just as the title says, even though I have had the Book of Many Things sourcebook since launch, I haven't been able to use the Rewarded or Ruined background options in character creation at all. I'm able to access feats like the Cartomancer and the new spells and magic items, but no matter what I look into it seems like those two backgrounds don't appear as options. Which is a shame since they both seem like very neat thematic options but oh well. I haven't seen anyone else report this so I'm wondering if it's just a bug on my end or if those backgrounds haven't been added to the character creator yet?
yup, everything is in sync, can access everything else from the Book of Many Things, I can see the details for those two backgrounds in the book as well. I just don't get them as options during character creation
