Recently I tried to use Rak Tulkhesh and his co-Overlord in a game. I have bought the content before, at least I believe I have. However in the encounter builder...it won't let me use them and says I must purchase them from the marketplace. So I go to the marketplace, but it shows I own it. Or at least doesn't give me the option to purchase. Is there a way to be sure? Or is there something I'm overlooking and missing? Thank you in advance...
