I ordered Vecna Eve of Ruin as a digital + physical bundle a few days ago and got the one shot and other stuff through the redemption key. But today is the 7th May and I don't have the book available. If I click on it, I just get refered to the dnd beyond market place.
Does anybody else have issues with the early access as well?
They usually update the site around the (for europeans) later hours. Don't worry about it for now, i'd expect the book to be avilable in about 6-8 hours from now.

they made an announcement that if you purchased it AFTER April 30th you no longer get early access. I only found this out yesterday (along with many other people). This only impacts US customers, if you are international it should unlock in about 3.5 hours (at the time I am writing this). Check this thread for details (not there was a cryptic message given about an update to all of this but that was 11 hours ago) : https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/196761-cant-preorder-the-vecna-digital-physical-bundle

Bummer. I ordered mine March 20. I’d be extremely unhappy if I were expecting a pre-release and didn’t get it. But I’m still pretty unhappy I can’t start it now. There’s no official time when it releases? I guess we just have to hit our reload button?
Yeah this is a first for me; normally early access starts much earlier, at least on the web. The app seems to always have a delayed release, but this is the first time there's been this kind of delayed access that I recall since they started early access.
Thank you :) I will just look if it is here later or tomorrow. I am from Europe fortunately and ordered it before April 30th so I should be good. I was just a bit impatient because of my excitement xD
I preordered the digital content in February and I'm in the US. It shows that I own the digital product on the main page for VEoR, but it also shows that it doesn't unlock for two more weeks. I met all the conditions and bought everything that should have given me early access, and I didn't get it either.
Does the early release only apply to those who preorder the Digital + Physical bundle, or would someone (me) receive the early release for the Digital only preorder?

No, pre-ordering just the digital version does not grant early access

When I pre-ordered the digital copy on Feb 22, it was made absolutely clear that both early access and NotEE were perks. We received access to NotEE and the preorder page shows that we own the content, but yeah, you're right, no early access. Wild, WotC. Wild.
I ordered the digital copy of this adventure on April 18th. Now its April 7th and I'm unable to access the digital version. Was I not actually getting early access with the preorder?

I'm glad it's not just me that saw this, thought I'd misread the page. I pre-ordered the digital version last month for the sole purpose of early access because it was listed! Are we 100% certain we don't get access today? Surely a miscommunication has occurred here...
Early Access is a perk of the digital + physical bundle. It only applies to bundles purchased through the WotC store.
US customers who bought the bundle through WotC before April 30th will get the early access. US customers who bought the bundle after April 30th will not.
Early Access remains available for non-US customers buying the bundle through WotC Store.

If you have qualified for Early Access - it has released, but may take time for access to be fully rolled out. A specific time was not promised - it will be rolled out by end of the day. You will need to check your entitlements are in Sync by going to your Account and clicking Licenses. At the top is an Entitlements section. If there is a button to re-sync click that. If you are in sync it will say so.

Same experience here. Made the purchase solely because it listed early access, and now I'm being told the digital preorder doesn't count? What was the point of even making it available for pre-order, then?

Maybe they're waiting until noon EDT?

I pre-ordered the digital/physical bundle but no access to the digital version yet.

If this is the case much like the others who saw the same thing I did, this is theft.
Cant be a miscommunication if majority of us are like where is it?

Do you have access to the Table of contents like I do? I too only bought digital.
Yep! And all the links just direct me to preorder AGAIN, but also tell me that I already own the content.
