My character has developed a severe case of ptsd and has to roll a 1d20 every morning to see the outcome for the day. I am trying to add a "PTSD: roll 1d20" button on my characrter sheet but I can't seem to get a button. Internet has failed me.
I tried adding a custom action, which sort of works, but it displays the PTSD roll a damage roll which just distudbs me.
I tried creating a custom feat, adding an actino to it, but in this case, I can't seem to create the "Roll 1d20" button.
Is there a way to accomplish this so that I would have to press a button for 1d20 and the DM would see the result in the game log just as a plain "PTSD: rolled 5"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Alright, thanks. A pity there is not a simpler way to add dice rolls to any text. I mean they have a perfectly functioning formula for the monsters and such. Would not be too big of a stretch to add the [roll] tags to everywhere else..

The easiest way is to use the Custom Action and ignore that it says Damage on the roll.
When you add it as an Action attached to a Feat, you will have to make it as an Attack roll.
Them’s your choices, Damage or Attack.
