Just installed the app for the first time today and it's doing this for me as well. Hopefully it gets fixed soon cuz I'm trying to get a d&d game that I was going to dm for the first time going and this is putting a damper on that cuz I need to be able to use the app so I can show my friends how to do things on d&d beyond...
Having the same issue. Dropped my phone and had to get a replacement last week. Now I can't log in. Keep getting the "Please sign in to a Google account" popup.
Having same problem. My phone bricked and I had to factory reset today. Everything else back to normal but DND beyond won't let me log in for the reason above. I can access on computer but not my mobile device, it asks me to log on them says I'm already a member.
Same exact issue here on the Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra.
I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting my phone, but the app won't allow me to sign in through my Google account.
The exact message I get is "Login error. Please sign into a Google account in your device settings and try again."
Two options to select are "open settings" and "close". When I select "open settings" it brings a Google login prompt. Signing into my account shows a message, telling me I'm already signed into the account on the device.
This bug has made the mobile app completely unusable for me, so I've just been using the website.
For bug team this message is exactly in line with my issues down to the phone model- thanks Devonator99 for the detailed bug report
This is the same problem I have had for a few days now. I have reported it to the support desk for a second time (the first time they gave me an answer irrelevant to the problem), and I sent the second person (Jerico) a list of specs and screenshots since it works on neither my tablet or phone anymore. The email from Jerico said that they will send the information to the developers. I'll update if it works again.
Add me to the list. I've used DND Beyond on this phone previously, so I'm not sure why it won't recognize that I'm already logged into my Google account already on this phone.

Same issue here - unable to log in with Google account on multiple devices. App team, please get after this.
Unfortunately it's a weekend right after a holiday. Hopefully Monday they get on it.
I am also having this issue with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE.
I did some googleing. Seems that login with google is somehow tied to the Google Play store.
A couple things to try
Settings -> Apps -> Show All Apps -> Google Play Store -> Mobile Data & Wi-Fi then enabling Mobile data there
Clear cache and settings for Google Play store
Make sure Play store is updated
Make sure battery settings for Play store isn't allowing it to be put to sleep.

I have the same Issue with my Samsung S24 i got 2 days ago. On my old tablet the app is still working tough

Same issue on a Pixel 8a. They have a bug they need to fix.
Have you gone into your Google Account and under Security checked 3rd party apps?
Try deleting the access to any DnDBeyond accounts and then try logging in again.
Doesn't work either.
Removing the account and logging in when prompted by dndbeyond also didn't help.

This continues to be a problem for me. Can't log in on Samsung phone or tablet anymore through Google. Laptop link still works.
