Is anyone else having a problem where if you try to use the Contue with Email or with Twitch it redirects to a blank white page that does nothing? Ive linked both on the website in an attempt to still access the app.
Just to add another data point for the devs, I have no problems logging in to a mobile device using Google, however, I'm using iOS 17.5.1. Perhaps there was an Android update that has messed with things?
WOW, what a doozy of an issue to happen while I was on holiday.
To give you an update, the DDB team is aware of this issue, and we're looking into what's going on. While we're continuing to look into this, CS has informed me that at the very least, make sure your Google Play Services are up to date. If you want to reach out to Customer Support for more assistance, that will knock one step off of the process and they can continue to assist you with a solution relevant to your device.
I have an update!
We are rolling out an update to the DDB app that should help with the issue. I see some of you have already gotten it, which is GREAT. If you don't have the option to update your app yet, your continued patience is appreciated; it will be coming to you very soon!

I'm bumping the thread as still no action from the support team and I've got the same issue. Opened a ticket, sent them over the screenshots etc., and no reply.
It's been quite some time now that this is going on, is a fix being actively worked on?
One more for this issue.
Commenting to follow. My new Galaxy Tab S8 ultra doesn't login

I'm here because I'm having this issue too. I recently switched from a s21 ultra to an s24 ultra.
Same issue on a new OnePlus Nord 3 - though haven't yet tried any of the fixes mentioned in this thread.
Updated the Beyond app and now seems to be fixed!
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not seem to have helped me
I had the same issue on Google Pixel 7 5G, Android 14. Update fixed it. Thanks
New app update fixes the issue
I'm still on version 2.57.1 on my Samsung.
Play Store is showing no update yet... :-(
Hey is there any new solutions regarding this?
Updating the app worked for me! Thanks again!
Die with hilarity, or die not at all.

So my Cellphone Login works again thank you for your work volks o7
Tablet login works too now. Thank you all!
The issue is resolved for me as well. Thanks for tackling this issue so quickly. Development team and customer Support team you rock!
I've found a workaround!
1 log out of your google account in your device (be careful if you have two factor auth, so you don't lose anything)
2 log into dnd beyond app as normal and write your mail and pass from scratch
It will work as intended, but be careful with loosing information when logging out of your account!
