The "Next: Payment" button doesn't work for me. I'm on the 01. Shipping page trying to make purchases on Markeplace and clicking the Next: Payment button does nothing. Tried a couple browsers, even one with no extensions on it. No joy.
Same boat. Used Paypal in June, cancellation email today. Submitted a ticket. The one time I used DND's official site to order a physical edition and this is what I get. *sigh*
Same here and ticket sent. Weirder still I received a charge a couple weeks back from here that didn’t seem to be tied to anything at all. I figured that it must have been for this given that it was in the range of $48 and the book must be shipping soon, but then I got the email this morning. Now I guess I will have to sort that out as well…
Same issue, ticket submitted. Did anyone notice that PayPal doesn't seem to be a valid payment method anymore? Did they just disable that without any kind of transition? That seems like a bad way to do business.
Same issue as everyone here - used Paypal as well. I was able to get both my bank and Paypal on the phone and nether showed any declined payments. This seems like a them (Marketplace) issue. I can't understand why they just didn't bill for the whole amount when the preorder was submitted??? Ticket opened, and, like others, if I get any sort of reply, I'll update here.
Same thing, also paypal. I submitted a request early this morning. I had spent 45 minutes figuring this out and what got charged (the digital books) and confirming nothing changed. Glad to see checking around at lunch im not alone because the odds of a favorable fix are higher. I suspect there'd be an issue with the other 2 books as well if not fixed.

Im not too worried about it, I would just like to know if I need to purchase the books again, or if they can fix this order issue.

I submitted a support ticket. I guess all there is to do now is to wait.

Yeah, I'm pretty upset that when they had an issue on their end they would cancel my order instead of arranging an alternative payment method.
Very much turning me off from ordering anything physical from DNDBeyond or Wizards in the future.

I've run into the same issue. I have the digital content for the 2024 PHB but my physical copy was canceled. I paid through PayPal.
I just got the email as well. PayPal user and all the payments went through. I emailed the service about it.
Same issue for me. Payment went through for digital and the other two physical books. It's just the PHB that got cancelled.
Submitted a ticket. What a mess. I don't envy their customer support right now.
