I have spent a while on an new species that I think would be fun to play in my D&D campaign. But when I was done creating my homebrew species and I went to create a character with it, it did not show up. I went back to my homebrew species and it said, "This homebrew Species has been set to have subraces, but no subraces have been created." I have no idea if this has anything to do with my problem, but I don't know how to turn of subraces just in case (my species isn't published because of this and). If you could help me try to figure out my problem, and how to turn of subraces, that would be great. Thank you and have a great day.
In the homebrewer they relabeled the checkbox as “Will Have Species Options,” but in the error messages it still refers to them as “Subraces.” You accidentally checked the following box under Basic Information for your homebrew, just uncheck it and [SAVE CHANGES] again:
