Rogue arcane trickster

How do I get the option for arcane trickster without paying?

Two options:

1. Rebuild it from scratch in the homebrewer.
2. Create your character in a campaign with someone who has purchased it, and for which content sharing has been activated.

I am likewise trying to create an Arcane Trickster Rogue and not seeing it as an option.  It seems like I should be able to though if I:

• Own the 2014 PHB on D&DB
• Have synced my entitlements in licensing
• Using the Character Builder with legacy content enabled

Am I missing something, or is this a known issue that is being fixed?

I don't own any of the 2024 versions of the handbook but still own the 2014 versions i still can't access classes i should have access to. I have tried turning on and off all the options but no matter what i do it wont change. Is there something i need to change in my settings or did I really spend 60 dollars for the right to a copy of the book and they took them away without any form of compensation.

Edit: Never mind they just did it in a kind of dumb way where there is an entire different selection below the original. Scroll down when selecting a class if your trying to find the 2014 version instead of the 2024.
