Can't choose Artificer subclass or infusions in character builder?

I have all the content for it and I nor my player can select artificer infusions or subclass options?? We have the DnD 2024 tab turned off and are using legacy things but it's still not popping up...what's going on

The Artificer and its associated Infusions are considered Expanded Rules, you need to toggle that on too.
