hi I’m having problems with all of a sudden when I add homebrew races to my collection when I go to make a chracter it dosent let me see them the old ones I added are there and I have even tried to make a copy of the tabaxi and change it race thing from dex to Strength and rename it and even it dosent show up helllllppppppp !!!
Both it’s my own that’s not a sub race it just uses the tabaxi as a frame , as both races are cat like but mine are more lion like and are more strength than dex as well as other people’s races that were put up in homebrew as I tried using them and due to them not showing I made my own.
Hmmm....did you check under tabaxi for yours? If you copied the tabaxi, it probably would have The. "Race group" set as tabaxi. If you didn't change that, your race wouldn't show on the initial list in the builder, as it would be under tabaxi (in the way that human and variant human are under human). If the others are subraces or variants, or were built by copying existing races, this could be the case for them, too. If that doesn't solve it, please post links to the affected homebrew here.
Both of those races you linked have the "will have subraces" box checked on them - this means they are not functional races in their own right.
Having that box checked is like creating an Elf or Dwarf - it's a parent race and can't be used until subraces have been created (such as Wood Elf or Mountain Dwarf).

Did you by any chance check "has subraces" in the homebrew that's not showing up? Or are these homebrew from others that aren't working?
