I can't login to DNDBeyond on Chrome. I can from other browsers on the same computer. I can log into Twitch from Chrome, so I know it's not a password issue.
When I try to log in on Chrome, I get the Twitch page that says "Authorize DnD Beyond to use your account?" and has my name and the "not you?" link. I click "authorize", the screen quickly flashes "Invalid OAuth State, please try again." Then goes back to the main page.
I'm sure it's a Chrome issue, but I can't figure out what. I've tried clearing my cache, and I've tried disconnecting DNDBeyond in my twitch connections, neither have helped. I'm stumped, any ideas?
I can no longer log in on Chrome since last week. I am not sure what has changed. I can log into Twitch just fine but that doesn't seem to transfer to D&DB
Same thing here. Not 100% sure when this happened. At least a few days ago. I am not on Chrome, I am on Safari...so I think it might be a Webkit issue and not specifically a Chrome issue. I am able to load DND Beyond on Safari Technology Preview. That is to say Release 62 (Safari 12.1, WebKit 14607.1.1).
I have issues on Safari Version 12.0 (14606.1.32) and on Chromium Version 69.0.3467.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit).
Everything works fine on Chrome Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit) as well as Safari Technology Preview.
I figured out my problem at least. I have a couple of addons specifically for Beyond. It appears D&D Toolbox was the culprit. Disabling that and I could log in fine.

I had the same chrome extension. Sure enough, I turned it off and I could log in. Once logged in, I turned it back on and it kept me logged in.
I mostly use Safari so for me I knew it couldn't be the toolbox. I did disable all my extensions and as if by magic, I was able to log in again. So I started enabling my extensions one by one, and discovered that my Ad Blocker (I use Nope) was the cause of the issue. Ironically, disabling it on DND Beyond seems to have solved the issue again, even though I am a paid subscriber and there are no ads anyway....For the record, I do use the DM Toolbox on Chromium and disabling that allows Chromium to work as well....so go figure. Two different plugins causing the same issue.
So Nope 1.2.0 on Safari 12.0 and DND Toolbox 0.8.0 on Chromium 69.0.3467.0
It was Toolbox for me as well. I guess DDB doesn't want toolbox running, bummer
DDB staff have been supportive of the chrome extensions fans have built, so I doubt the issue is an intentional, attempt to block toolbox. Make sure you report this on the thread in these forums for the extension, it may be something the creator of the e tension can fix.
I actually updated the Extension and everything is working now. So I guess it was just that the Extension needed updated. Anyway, I'm glad yo be back .

Following. I'm experiencing the same issue. Chrome works fine on tablet and phone, but not on my desktop.
Edit: Disabling D&D Toolbox also allowed me to Log In. Thank you Oisin!
This fixed it for me too, this extension was having problems.

Ancient GM, started in '76, have played almost everything at some point or another.
I run/play Mercer-style games, heavy on the RP and interaction, light on the combat-monster and rule-lawyering. The goal is to tell an epic story with the players and the players are as involved in the world building as the GM is. I run and play a very Brechtian style, am huge into RP theory and love discussing improv and offers.

Any way, I can get someone to look into this? or is there somewhere else I should ask?
Hi there Oisin,
I'm not sure what might cause that - I suspect that it's some setting in your browser, as many people use chrome with D&D Beyond just fine.
You could try raising a support ticket via the D&D Beyond support site. The support team will hopefully be able to assist you with this matter.

Okay, thanks! I shot them a message, and we'll see what they can find. I agree it's a browser issue, but I don't know what it is either.
thank you!
It's not just you, my chrome browser started doing the exact same thing. I was able to log in through edge, but I'd rather use chrome.
Same, I'm using Edge here, but I'd rather use chrome.
When they get back to me with the ticket, I'll post it here.

I am having the same issue with the invalid oauth state in chrome only. I can still use chrome if I use an incognito window.
Still not the most ideal however.
Edit: I have tried all the other troubleshooting items people have mentioned in this thread.

Thank you so much everyone! It was a rogue Chrome extension for me as well - not D&D Toolbox but some other random thing.
Now it's gone and so are my login troubles!
I disabled addons in chrome. No longer having logic errors. Hope that helps.

For me, it was AdBlock. I disabled it for Beyond and it started working again.
