Hello everyone, as you may have heard The Crooked Moon model by Legends of Avaintris has been released. However despite having pre-ordered the Crooked Moon Player edition none of the content I ordered has appeared in charecter creation. Please note, so I can nip this in the bud, I have enabled the content for Legend of Avantris in charecter creation.
Hi there i purchased the crooked moon pre order and its not showing up anywhere in my creatures list and such and it says i own the books but if i click on the creature itself it takes me to purchase the book again. ;0
On that same page, try clicking the “Sync My Entitlements” button as well. Watch for a popup saying the sync was successful; don’t worry if the page still says things are out of sync.
I'm also having this issue. I've checked the storefront, it says I own it. I've checked my licenses, it's in there. And yet I can access any of it. Hopefully it'll be resolved shortly
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Sync Your Entitlements: Go to Account > Licenses and click the button to resync your entitlements. This often fixes missing content after a purchase. Watch for a popup saying the sync was successful; don’t worry if the page still says things are out of sync.
Check Your Account: Make sure you’re logged in to the correct D&D Beyond account—the one you used to make the purchase. Double-check under “Licenses” in your account settings to ensure the book is listed.
Contact Support: If none of the above works, contact D&D Beyond support directly: D&D Beyond Support. Include your order confirmation, account details, and a description of the problem.

It is for me, and I'm having this and other issues I've reported in the thread for this book.
i cant access mine hardly at all. i can read the books but i cant click on anything in them or it sends me to the store to purchase it again as if i dont have it. and i cant select any of the content when building encounters or characters...very frustating
Some of the source material is showing for me and some is not. I seem to have access to the species and backgrounds, but the 2014 editions of the subclassess are entirely missing from the DDB version of the books.
The DDB version is built for the 2024 rules, so the subclasses are available only on the 2024 classes. Several of them reference rules that simply don't exist in the 2014 rules, like weapon mastery.
If you do want to adapt one for use in the 2014 rules, you could make a homebrew copy of the 2024 subclass to see exactly how it was set up, and then rebuild it as a 2014 subclass instead.
I purchased the new Crooked Moon resources (both the adventure and the player options, each separate as that is how they appear in the application)using the mobile application (used via Google Play), but the Crooked Moon: Adventure says it still needs to be purchased. If I try to purchase it again the Google Play store informs me I've already paid for the content and the charges appear in both my Google Play billing and my banking statements. The adventure content is neither accessible using the dnd beyond application or the dnd beyond website. I tried syncing my licenses but the content still remains inaccessible and does not appear on the license list.
Is there anything I can do?
Edit: (Problem Resolved) There was an issue on Google Play's side. They needed to refund the purchase and I was able to buy the book again. I can't confirm this is what caused the problem, but I think I might have left the menu too quickly after making the purchase. There is text in the blue box that says processing and I think if you leave before the text changes to completed it can cause issues. I'm writing this just in case someone has a similar problem and wants to fix/prevent the issue from happening themselves.
You could try going to the main screen of the app, click your avatar in the top right corner, and select "Restore Purchases".
If that doesn't do it, though, it sounds like DDB didn't get the purchase information from Google. I'd recommend contacting customer support and providing the receipt number from Google; it should start with an A, followed by a bunch of numbers. http://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket
Thanks for the response. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have worked so I'll open up a ticket. I appreciate the help and directions, hope you have a good one!

The marketplace has in the description: Purchasing The Crooked Moon on D&D Beyond unlocks subclasses for both 2014 and the new Player’s Handbook.
Not to mention a 2014 version already exists and was released as physical/pdf from Avantris. Only reason to have bought the ddb version was to have the content in ddb and not have to make/import it as custom. Since the marketplace clearly states it should include the 2014 subclasses as well I am hoping this is just an error for now.

Syncing my entitlements fixed the errors I was having. Thank you!
It worked thank you so much
I'm missing the Druid Circle of the Old Ways as a character creation option. The Circle of Wicker is showing up though.
EDIT: It's showing up now! So weird that it wasn't before.
Did the trick! Thanks!!
