I am having a similar problem as described above, but when trying to submit a homebrew subclass for the 2024 Cleric. I have subclass features at levels 3, 3, 3, 6, and 17, but cannot for the life of me get it to allow me to submit.
I have tried making it from scratch, as well as using the Life Domain Cleric as a basis and swapping out its features for mine. I have been able to submit from other classes just fine following the same rules. Any ideas?

Try this: Make empty features for 1, 2, 8 and 17. You can check the boxes to hide these from editor, details and sheet.

Any chance you have a fix for the wizard subclass? Tried pressing each save changes button under every feature, action, and the main one, and have all the features at the correct level as taken from the FAQ.
if absolutely nothing else works you can use an existing wizard subclass as a template, keep the levels the same on the features and change everything else to your subclass.

Try having features (empty/invisible ones if needed) at levels 2, 3, 6, 10 and 14.

This worked! Is there any way we can have Storm Knight update that table in that case? It references not having a feature at level 3, which is incorrect.
I had hoped I wouldn't need to inquire here again, but here we are. anybody have any idea what levels the features are supposed to be at for a wizard subclass? i have them at 2,6,10.14.

The issue is basically since the 2024 releases the system that checks for features at certain levels has gotten confused. Sometimes it will use 2024 requirements, even for 2014 versions, sometimes it will use 2014 requirements even for 2024 versions and sometimes you'll need both.
If you are getting the error then have features at every level required for the 2014 and 2024 version of the class. For example, the 2014 Wizard has features at 2, 6, 10 and 14. The 2024 Wizard has features at 3, 6, 10 and 14. However, you may need to have features to cover both: at 2, 3, 6, 10 and 14.
By covering requirements for both versions of a class, it should always be fine.
If you do not want a feature at a required level you can have the feature be empty (no modifiers/etc) and check all 3 'Hide' boxes - this means it will not appear on the sheet, on details page or in the builder.

I don't believe you are able to change base classes. You can however have subclass features that replace base class features I think. When you create a feature, there is a drop menu that has the options for Granted, Additional and Replace.

Granted / Additional / Replace is about replicating "Tasha's Optional Class Features".
Granted: standard feature.
Additional: If Optional Extras is enabled in Home page the player can enable this additional option in the Optional tab of the Class page.
Replace: If Optional Extras is enabled in Home page the player can enable this option in the Optional tab of the Class page which will replace a different Class feature.

Hey I am trying to change my base class and I need help so I can publish it please and thank you!
You cannot change your base class for any homebrew made. If you have made it for the wrong class you need to start again and recreate. If you're trying to copy a subclass but have it be for a different class, you cannot do that and would need to create from scratch a subclass for the intended class and recreate all the features manually.
