Trying to preorder Ravenloft but no matter what credit card I try I get an error message.
I've tried 3 different cards. Same deal. I contacted the banks and they say they haven't declined any transactions, so this issue is definitely on the DnDBeyond side.
One of the cards I tried is the same card that my Master Tier subscription billing comes from, and somehow the site charges that monthly with zero issue. What's going on?
Same here. Trying to purchase digital book ( Tasha's ) and although all my info is correct and I have funds payment is "canceled" on the last step and the message "There was a problem processing your payment. Please verify your payment information and try again." pops up. All my info is correct and I believe its an ongoing issue that its still not resolved. Ive tried to add payment method but also produces an "ERROR" message. There are multiple threads with people having the same issue.
Yes i am not from the US.
Yes I've changed browsers and devices to try and make the purchase. Didn't work
Yes subscription purchases go through. Monthly billing too
The only solution I found is to make the purchase with the mobile app.(4/6/26)
Did you also post this to Reddit? The language is similar to a post that went up there yesterday about this issue, and I assisted there. Wanted to double check before I suggested some things.

Same here. I had to remove an expired credit card, and after trying to add multiple valid credit cards and getting an ERROR response on each and every one of them, I'm now looking down the barrel of being unable to pay for anything on D&D Beyond which, y'know, seems like a problem for both D&D Beyond and me.
Not presenting me with Paypal as an option when I go to add a new payment method; and I have contacted customer service and gotten no response for the past 24 hours. So please forgive me for also trying a second angle that would additionally help highlight to the DDB team that there's a multiple-customer issue potentially developing here.
Been having the error at checkout for... months if not years at this point; since the new marketplace infrastructure went in. Done the "contact customer support" too; which said "contact your financial institution"; which was done... and they said to contact the seller because they didn't know what was happening either. 'Round and 'round it goes.

I've been having the same issue, except not even the Mobile app fixed it.
