cant view or edit characters even with master tier sub

multiple tickets put in and no help as of now 30 days later now?

What are you trying to do, and what happens when you attempt it?

i have tried my laptop with windows 11, my comp with windows 7 , and my phone on the app and in the website with no luck 

i have cleared my browsers and cookies , turned off adblocker and added dndbeyond.com to the exceptions on my antivirus

i have tried different browsers and an incognito window 

and have changed my settings to accept all cookies 

still since june 8th and shortly after last dndbeyond update for ravenloft books being added i havent been able and still cant see or edit my characters

i CAN see characters in my campaign but no others 

error 500 is what it says

So to clarify, you can't view or edit your own characters.

I assume you can see the characters existence here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters

But when you click on any, it goes to a 500 Error.

i can see other peoples characters in my campaigns but none of mine  at all
