I'm using DnD Beyond for my Wizard. My understanding is that my Spellattack modifier should be IntMod+Proficency In my case (Character Sheet) 5+3=8 But under spells it shows 13.
Could there be a tooltip implemented which displays how values are calculated?
If I unequip said item, everything looks fine again.
I thought the modifier on the item, when set to primary Stat, would only be used to calculate the modifiers for the spells I can cast with this item. It is essentially a staff of healing, cloned into a wand of healing.

No, I don't. I can't explain where the additional +5 are added.
Do you have any homebrew in use on this character?

That's it.
I've got a homebrew item.
There is a modifier set, primary Stat int.
If I unequip said item, everything looks fine again.

Thanks for the tip!
DC = 8 + INT + PROF
DC = 8 + 5 + 3 = DC16
ToHit: INT + PROF = +8
Your MODIFIER is +5 (on spells tab) but the ToHit / Spell Attack is +8, your DC shows 16 ... so everything is correct.
The modifier is just saying that's what your INT bonus is.
