As per Page 97 of the Wayfinders Guide to Eberron, Humans should have the option to start with the Mark of Finding... yet it is missing from the character builder.
Yes. All the book is purchased, all content on.. all other marks are showing and available.
However I've just noticed that the Mark of Finding Half Orc is only available on the builder, even though on Page 97 Humans may start with it. Seems this was missed.

Did you purchase the Wayfinders Guide to Eberron or the race detail here on D&D Beyond?
Did you check the home page of the character builder to ensure Eberron content was enabled (switch shows blue)?

Mark of Finding is for Half-Orcs only.
The first revision removed human from the house.
