First off, I looked, but couldn't find a thread similar to this one. I've created a Subclass for a Wizard with some special spells for the Subclass. When I leveled it up to Level 18 and got the Spell Mastery feature, I was not able to add any of the created spells for 1st or 2nd level. Does anyone know how to get these created spells into the Spell Mastery list? Or if this is even possible?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Is there a way for a subclass to add spells to the base class' spell list? Essentially, is there a way for a spell granted by the subclass to be able to be selected for a Wizard's Spell Mastery or Signature Spells features without having to homebrew the spells as well (as a homebrew subclass cannot be published if it adds spells not in the SRD)?
I did have the spells listed there, and I was still unable to make them compatible with the mentioned class feature. In addition, putting them there didn't prevent me from publishing the subclass.
I wouldn't be surprised if the way those class features are coded in DDB is actually a hard list of spells in the dropdown and doesn't accommodate anything that isn't RAW on the wizard class list. Possibly once the new underlying structure is complete it'll be able to handle an 'if:then' like 'if these spells are treated as wizard spells for this character, then allow them to be selected for this feature' but that's not the way the system works right now.

Have you set the spells to only be on the subclass spell-list, or on the class list? It would need to be on the Wizard spell-list.
Ahhh, got it. They are only set for the Subclass list. Thank you for your help.

You need to list those spells here; (but it will still prevent publication):

My apologies. You will need to create homebrewed versions of the spells and specifically list Wizard under the applied spell lists.

No spells work, at all. Tried without any homebrew, not even a subclass. Absolutely no spells are working, because of the 2014/2024 changes I bet..
