Hi there, I recently started using DnD Beyond with my campaign, with content sharing turned on. I'm starting to run into an issue where when my players either are making a character sheet in the campaign, or after they've claimed one I've made for them have had builder options I've purchased disappearing from their sheet and/or not showing up to be added in. Such as a Rogue in my campaign only having the thief archetype show up instead of all, and his own feats showing up being firearm specialist and grappler. A normal example being me having completely made a cleric for a player then when used after claimed his Toll the Dead spell and Word of Radiance spell, disappearing from sheet and then not showing up when looking to add spells.
Are the affected characters all inside of the campaign where content sharing has been turned on (and remains on)? Have any that are affected been removed from the campaign with content sharing?
They have remained in the campaign at all times and content sharing has remained on since it was created before even sending out the links to players. Also when I go to make a new sheet, all purchased options show up for me but when their sheet has the problems if I go into edit them even the options dont show up for me
Given that you talk about content sharing being turned on, I presume you (or someone in your campaign) has a Master Tier subscription. I also presume that all the affected characters are still in the campaign.
Try turning content sharing off and back in again. If that doesn't work, I would suggest you submit a support ticket, unless someone else has other suggestions. (To submit a support ticket, click on the Contact Us link near the bottom of the page.)
Thanks for some reason it got turned off and I dont know how it did haha, which was weird because only the spells didnt show up he was still a grave cleric
