I am trying to make my player characters sheets on here but I can't match them exactly because I can't choose deception as a proficiency for the half elf warlock.
I'm going to take a wild guess and assume for your Half-Elf Skill Versatility you selected Deception. Or perhaps you're adding the class after already adding items or feats that grant it.
Basically, if you already have the proficiency it will not show up when selecting proficiencies elsewhere (with the exception of proficiencies added by Background).
