I created a homebrew Sorcerer subclass: Fire Soul. Following feedback received I clicked to make a new version made some edits. Now the site says I cannot publish this new version by giving the error message: "This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels. " -- but it does, and has the exact same as the original: most of my edits were description text and names.

I've gone over the edits multiple times, and see no cause for the error. I even reverted everything back to what it was to check my sanity and still the error. Can a mod please take a look and see what is causing this issue?

I see 1, 6, 14, 18 for regular sorcerer subclasses.

It was not edited and was fine for the published version.

There is no restriction for extra features, the check requires one feature at the appropriate levels but does not prevent adding more at other levels.

The only reason the level 12 feature is there is because there was no way to add that into the Level 1 feature it is an upgrade of and have it come into effect at a later level.

I will also add that having restrictions on homebrew is counterintuitive to the whole point of homebrew especially when WotC official content doesn't follow these restrictions.
