I have subscribed at the Master level and unlocked off of the rules content, but I have two players in a current campaign that are unable to add feats. Please advise.
With the Master subscription you can now turn on content sharing, which will share the content you have purchased from the Marketplace with your campaign. In the campaign, please make sure content sharing is turned to ON, you will find this in the top left of the campaign page.
Please also make sure that your players are creating their characters inside of the campaign. They will only have access to your paid content in the characters within the campaign.
For adding a feat the characters will either need to be level 4 in one class, a Variant Human, or they will need to go to the Manage Feats section of the character sheet.
If your players continue to face issues, please post the links to their sheets here. Please use the direct URL from the address bar, and not the share link.
facing same problem about feats, my char is a variant human, but the only feats I can choose are: Grappler and Svirfneblin Magic. Am I getting wrong something?

Hey there! In order to be able to access the full list of feats, you'll need to have purchased the Player's Handbook/Xanathar's Guide to Everything on D&D Beyond. The feats you mentioned are feats that are either included in the Basic Rules or the Elemental Evil Player's Companion (which was a free supplement released by WotC).
Ok, thank you, thought was free the char creation. I bought all the physical books, is there any possibility to link those to D&D Beyond and then get access to the contents? (Is a weak hope :p)

Thank you again, Deja
Wizards of the Coast does not own D&D Beyond, so the physical books they produce do not contain a code to redeem a digital copy on D&D Beyond. The exception being the new Essential's Kit, currently exclusive at Target.
As an alternative to purchasing the full books, you may also purchase individual races, subclasses, feats & magic items from the marketplace. Should you later wish to purchase the sourcebook that they came from, any such individual purchases are fully discounted from the price of the sourcebook.
You are also welcome to create your own content using the D&D Beyond homebrew tools.

Thanks, I must not have noticed the content sharing toggle before, that did it.

Is your character in a campaign with content sharing turned on?
If not, content from sources, such as the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, or Monster Manual, will need to be purchased from the Marketplace or accessed via another user sharing content with you via their Master Tier Subscription.
D&D Beyond can be used for free and contains information from the following "free to use" sources published by Wizards of the Coast: D&D 5th edition SRD, D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, and Elemental Evil Companion.
