Just had a player yesterday, a level 3 bloodhunter Kalashtar, level up, which he did. But when he went to look at his spells, every one was gone. I checked it this morning when he told me and sure enough he has no spells listed.
Has anyone else had this issue? and I am sure we can't retrieve those spells, so he is going to try and figure out what he had and add the new ones. That is all I can think to do.
went on again on multiple times and on multiple devices still cant seem to see my spells, attempted even signing out and signing back in. I dont know if it has something to do with the homebrew subclass or not. It shows that i have two open cantrip slots and two open spell slots but there no available spells to select.
i'm having problems with none of my level three spells showing up to prepare for my druid, like, i even made sure i had access to the content and unprepared nearly all of my spells, and it's still not working

Does your character have at least 5 levels in Druid?
3rd Level spells are unlocked on reaching 5th level as a spellcaster.

Also, if you are using the character builder refresh the page after changing levels or go to the character sheet.
I had lvld up my fire druid to 7 and I got two spells from it for 4th lvl fire shield and aura of life. I go to my character sheet a couple of days after and my aura of life disappeared. I tried refreshing the page and looked at my traits and everything looks normal. So I don't know what happened.
The Aura of Life spell is not-free. It is from the Player's Handbook. I am assuming it was being shared with you via Content Sharing and that was disabled or the sharer's sub ran out. You can try contact the person who was sharing or you can purchase the spell from the marketplace.

I have not seen that bug before. The only thing I can think of is that he accidentally changed his subclass.
Definitely let us know if you can repeat the bug, but otherwise nothing can be done.

Sounds like the homebrew may not be set up right. Post a link to it (it doesnt have to be published) so a mod can look at it.

Please link to the homebrew subclass itself - unfortunately we can't access it from your character sheet.

Character is already built and we've already leveled up several times before the issue
This subclass is not setup to have any spells. I have rejected it, and advised the creator to review their creation. :)
