I have purchased the PHB, Xanthas Guide, Volo's Guide and Mordankines guide. However, when I try and find Inflict wounds and other spells from the PHB they will not load. I have logged out and logged back in twice and nothing happens.
You will have to be a little more specific. Are you looking for the spell page, looking in character sheet, or character builder? If it is for a character, what class?
Inflict Wounds is Basic Rules spell: you don't need to purchase it to see it. It is limited to Clerics and Oathbreaker Paladins or a few others. So unless you are making a character with access to it due to their class or feat or something it's not going to show.
If your Spells section is not loading for your character sheet, check to see if you're using homebrew things as that can cause load problems if they're set up incorrectly.
If you can't view the spell at all by any means, you have a problem beyond our means of helping. I recommend posting a link to your character or the affected page and let a mod take a look.

Anyway, I took a look at the character sheet and I am able to find spells from XGtE and other sources. However, if you're trying to add a spell like Inflict Wounds, your Wizard would not be able to add it to their spellbook without adding a custom feat or item that grants you the spell.
However, I do see other Wizard compatible spells from the Player's Handbook - for example Nystul's Magic Aura does appear in your character builder.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
Ah. So to answer my questions from 3 days ago: character builder, Wizard.
Then I would reply: wizards can't normally learn inflict wounds. It is a cleric spell (as Cyb3rM1nd already mentioned). You can learn it with the magic initiate feat (but can only cast it once per day) or you can add it with homebrew.
hahaha thanks I originally designed it as a human with the initiate feat but then changed it to a dwarven caster level 5 and forgot I dropped that feat. Problem solved. Sometimes the simplest solution is the solution
