Hello HouzoS! D&D Beyond's Dragonborn page, and Player's Handbook both appear to match the physical Player's Handbook, which lists a silver dragonborn's breath weapons as a 15 foot cone.
wait so then why is brass a line when the two other fire breathers are cones?
Because the designers chose for that to be the case.
Take it up with Wizards of the Coasts who made this. D&D Beyond just copy the content here and the rest of us are just players like you.

so they have two cold cones? that seems weird to me

The different kinds of dragonborn are based on the dragons themselves-- Both the silver and white dragonborn have a cone-based cold breath as well!
