Beast Sense is from the Players Handbook, not the SRD. Do you own the PHB here? if not, there's your problem. Note: even if you do own the PHB here--or at least the beast sense spell--you won't be able to publish homebrew that contains non SRD spells; you can still use it yourself, and in campaigns you are part of, it just can't be published for community access.
The spell doesn't show up on auto complete when trying to add a spell to a class feature.

D&D Beyond FoundersThe Beast Sense spell is from the player's handbook.
It should appear in the auto complete though, if you've purchased the PHB on D&D Beyond.
